"Lamb of God who takes away the sins OF THE WORLD."
Nakakaloko lang. Dapat.. "Kordero ng Diyos na nag-aalis ng mga kasalanan NG MUNDO."
Wula lang. ^^,

 | 09:16 pm - down in the dumps every night when i go off to sleep i lay down in my bed, and then i reach over to pull the chain on my lamp, i flush out all the light a woosh of darkness overtakes me i awake to the bluest of blue waters then i rain down golden sunshine in a shower of hope and promise and the vast green sheet is a sea of grass fertilized by the corpses of yesterday life blooms anew each and every morning

 | 11:34 pm - Should I? It was a lot of fun to attend Simbang Gabis not only because you get to enjoy the philosophies entering in your head through the priest's sermon in your most active mode but also because of the lovely site the (yeah, well I got to admit) sacristans give you whenever they're around. Although this has been quite common already because it has one of the most constant things ever happening to me, it still has its thrills.
But what bothered me is when the mass ended, our parish priest called on nine families to be the reciepients of the 9-night Christmas meals. Then, my best friend brought up this issue about the Reproductive Health Bill when she has observed the number of the members of the family.
I got her point instantly. It's not I'm against giving on the Yuletide season; it's that I'm after for more good effects for the citizens. Face it; when people are educated, they already have the tool-- that is, the information-- and they already have the option if they should do it or not.
It's not there's wrong with feeding these families; it's just that this wouldn't last forever. These nine days would eventually pass. What would they eat after Christmas? I know it was the Catholic Church who first educated me about not giving fishes to the people, instead teaching them how to fish. I'm after the more permanent effects. I'm after a complete reform and not just a mere makeshift.
If we inculcate something vital such as family planning for most less-educated families of this country, I think it would be a more help for them rather than these bits of help. I wish the Catholic Church would just open their minds more about such issue.
Now, should I be happy with the makeshift they have provided? Or should I rather be angry because of their narrow minds about the RH Bill?
Perhaps, it happens simultaneously. It makes me exasperated. Current Mood: annoyed

 | 08:46 pm - World's Turning Upside-down I never thought this would actually happen.
Last time I checked myself, I am still a linguist who unconditionally loves her subject and doesn't care for the others. But now-- what's this emotion-- this emotion of suddenly caring for this number-relationship subject. My dear friends, I hate to say this but I think I am in love with Math.
I think I am in love with its simple complexities. I think I am in love on the way it whips my brain, to the point I want to die because of a very low grade in a quiz.
Why the sudden feeling of care-- of concern for this long-time loathed subject? A while ago, I was like Okay, you won. I lost, as if I am pertaining to someone whom I challenged to a race at the end of this journey.
And I think I am starting to get its metaphor. Yeah, this pride wouldn't get me anywhere. So, I say it again...
"Okay, you won. I lost."
... Now, what do you want?

Rushed words I just extemporaneously made Ticks and tacks of the keyboard pound reverberate Procrastination seems on its ninth month But no, honestly, it’s not like that.
The truth is I just want to throw off this dead site And be in another world’s light Bury all the pathetic parodies you’ve read Make its creator’s skin shed
Inject another apathy medication, To subvert the familiar erstwhile-flame paragon Or probably quaff that dream liquid And make your next strawberry-field encounter placid
Current Mood: cranky
